Update 10th Feb - Jason Ryan, 48, of Purbrock Avenue, in Watford, was arrested at the same time as three other men last week.
He was not mentioned at the time because he was due to stand trial shortly after them.

He sentenced Mealing to 12-and-a-half years in prison, and jailed Hart, who has previous convictions for drug dealing, for ten years and nine months.
Prosecutor Heidi Stonecliffe said maps were later recovered from theri Land Rover, with several locations marked with the words "good landing".
Steve McIntyre, from the NCA’s Border Policing Command, said cocaine is linked to organised crime, guns, knife crime and child exploitation, and said Mealing, Hart, and Barrett “occupied a place at the start of that chain of harm”.
