Ten vehicles stolen in a burglary at a Crash Repair Centre in Hertford

Two men have been arrested following a burglary at RS Crash Repairs in Caxton Hill, Hertford.

 

The incident occurred overnight on Wednesday October 5. Ten vehicles were stolen in the burglary, after offenders broke into the compound and gained access to car keys.

 

All of the vehicles, apart from a Vivaro van, have now been recovered.

Paul Mockford (43) of St Leonards Avenue, Chingford was charged with conspiracy to commit burglary.

 

He appeared at Hatfield Remand Court on October 10, where he was remanded into custody. He is next due to appear at St Albans Crown Court on November 11.

A 43 year old man from Harlow was also arrested in connection with this incident. He has been bailed until November 18, whilst the investigation continues.
