Planning permission granted for a new residential development off Tolpits Lane
Planning permission has been granted on 25th January 2017 for a new residential development off Tolpits Lane, adjacent to Latimer Close.
The new development will deliver 40 dwellings for temporary accomodation and 36 affordable rent apartments.
The development is to be delivered by Hart Homes, which is a partnership between Watford Borough Council and Clarendon Living, a subsidiary of Watford Community Housing.
