At around 10.35pm on Friday, November 3, two 17-year-old boys were reportedly assaulted in Berkhamsted High Street.
One of the victims suffered a fractured jaw while the other sustained bruises and split lip.
The incident began outside the Oxfam shop before it continued on the opposite side of the road near Bills restaurant.
Detectives investigating the alleged assault and have released CCTV images of people they would like to speak to for help with their enquiries.
Investigator Deborah Newsham, from the Dacorum Local Crime Unit, said: “I would like to speak with the people pictured as they may have information which could assist our investigation.”

A 17-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the incident and has been released under investigation.
